FIT TEENS
12 - 16 YEARS

Fit Teens is not your everyday fitness class.

We engage in lots of skill, strength and conditioning work; squats, rope climbs, handstands, burpees, kettlebell swings, wall balls…the list is endless!

Perfect technique is our main goal - teens learn to move well before we add weight. The class combines athletics, gymnastics and weight lifting to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength and athletic skill. 

Furthermore, our teens learn about discipline, commitment and determination which is incredibly conducive to building character and work ethic. It is developing confidence in our kids in a world where they are subject to social media pressures and competing expectations. This has a profound affect on the way they tackle tasks not just in the gym, but in the outside world.

We really just want to get our teens moving, learning to operate in a team, working hard and learning to be disciplined.

Classes run on Wednesday mornings at 9:00am-9:45am for teens in Grade 7 to Grade 9. 
Sessions are $12 per session.

We run through a whiteboard at the beginning of class so everyone knows what we are doing and then we are physically active for the remainder of the time.


CROSSFIT KIDS
6 - 11 YEARS

CrossFit Kids emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s mental health and academic achievement.

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General Fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. 

CrossFit Kids runs during the school term on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 3:45pm.
We take payment in Week 1 of the school term for the following 10 weeks. We offer $100 packages (1 session per week) or $200 packages (2 sessions per week) - this works out to $10 per session. 

We invite those joining mid-way through the term to come along too and we can arrange an ongoing package for you. 

School Holiday Programs are also held.
