QUESTION 1 - HOW MANY PT SESSIONS SHOULD I BE DOING A WEEK?

The answer to this question varies person to person. As a general rule, you want to start out with enough sessions  a week to generate some momentum. 2-3 sessions a week is a great way to start. Your trainer will talk to you about what you can do independently on the days in between these sessions. Sometimes scheduling in rest, active recovery or a workout you can do from home or outdoors.

question 2 - should i be following a nutrition plan?

Absolutely! At Benefit Health and Fitness our personal trainers will prescribe you a nutrition plan as part of your personal training program. This nutrition plan will assist you to develop sustainable nutrition practices, learning about what to eat and when to eat to achieve your goals. We believe nutrition plays a vital role in your health and fitness and it is not possible to outrun a bad diet.

question 3 - how long will it take to see results?

Again this varies from person to person. It is dependent on your commitment, motivation and action towards your goals. That’s why having a personal trainer on your team will ensure you see results in the fastest time possible. Your trainer will support you to set goals and be there with you every step of the way.
