Josh Bromley

Josh's journey began at the age of 15 when he started Kickboxing / Muay thai at Pitbull gym in Sydneys western suburbs. Josh won his first state title at the age of 16 and went on to win Australian, South Pacific and even a World title as an amature, he then turned professional, winning an Australian Light weight title.
After retiring, Josh still had the passion for competition, but no longer had the hunger to compete in Kickboxing / Muay thai. Currently his finess journey he lead him to Crossfit training and he has not looked back, Josh recently competed in the local Crossfit "Clash on the Coast" competition and finished 1st.
Josh has a passion for hard work and believes that we can all achieve the un-imaginable.

Kassie Bromley

Kassie's began her journey to become a fitness professional by studying a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at university. As a result she gained the necessary knowledge about the human body and how to assist clients to work their bodies in the most effective ways to achieve their health and fitness goals.
When she started working as a personal trainer she realised that there was something missing.... "The physical stuff was easy, it was the mental stuff that was the difference between a client being successful or not". She set out to learn more about how to incorporate the two so that she could better educate her clients on how to train the body and the mind and ultimately achieve their health and fitness goals. She now has a degree in Psychology and works in the dual role of Psychologist and Personal Trainer.
Kassie believes in fitness for life, the fitter and healthier you are the happier you are!

Ben Brewster

Ben Brewster is constantly striving to develop as an individual and actively encourages and nurtures this within his clients as they work together towards acheiving sporting goals, physical improvements and behavioural changes with diet, lifestyle and exercise management. His ability to initiate positive life long change in those around him has been demonstrated repeatedly and has seen Ben succeed as not only a Personal Trainer, but as a business owner, a developer and mentor to successful trainers in the fitness industry and a family man.
Throughout his training career, he has worked with National Athletics champions, triathletes, SG Ball and Harold Mathews Rugby League Representatives as well as clients from all walks of life.
Ben actively embraces the health and fitness lifestyle, having put to the test every workout he has ever prescribed for his clients and living the life that he preaches daily to his loyal clients. He understands and has shown on numerous occasions the sacrifices in life to achieve his desired goals and uses this experience to guide and mentor others.
