Kassie Bromley


Manager/ Sports Scientist/ Psychologist
- Kassie began her journey to become a fitness professional by studying a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at university. As a result she has gained the necessary knowledge about the human body and how to assist clients to work their bodies in the most effective ways to achieve their health and fitness goals.

- When she started working as a personal trainer she realised that there was something missing.... "The physical stuff was easy, it was the mental stuff that was the difference between a client being successful or not". She set out to learn more about how to incorporate the two so that she could better educate her clients on how to train the body and the mind and ultimately achieve their health and fitness goals. She now has a degree in Psychology and works in the dual role of Psychologist and Personal Trainer.  She believes in fitness for life, the fitter and healthier you are the happier you are! 

Joshua Bromley


Manager/ Personal Trainer/ Group Fitness Instructor
Josh’s passion for health and fitness began at an early age as a result of his competitive involvement in Kickboxing. During his career in this sport he became NSW, Australian, South Pacific and World Champion. This required many years of hard work and discipline both of which he instils into his personal training of clients/gym members and members of his fitness team. He believes in promoting health and fitness which not only serves to improve a client’s physical well-being, but also promotes strength and discipline in everyday life. His experience in the fitness industry has provided him with the knowledge and skills to interact with a wide range of clientele and as fitness professional he understands the importance of good communication skills, backed by a comprehensive knowledge of exercise and its application.

At Benefit Health and fitness, we know from experience that being fit and healthy is a challenge for most people. As a result ,we are here to encourage you to reconsider the ways with which you look upon exercise and help you to stop thinking of it as “just another thing that I have to do” and actually get you motivated and excited about physical activity and the Benefits of Health and Fitness.
